Best teeth cleaning products for dogs

I am very interested in hearing from poodle owners about teeth cleaning products. Does anyone recommend a particular product or ingredient? Has anyone used Proden "PlaqueOff" , Petzlife, or biotene gel? Appreciate any insight. Sue
